Luis is also a Government Contracting Consultant with the Florida APEX Accelerator at Florida International University, where he advises businesses on federal, state, and local contracting opportunities.

Amar P. Singh is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Armada Cyber Defense. He leads the design and development of the company's secure software platforms, specializing in security architecture, cloud security, AI-driven automation, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
